The conference will be held at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation<\/a> (Jean-Paul-Strasse 12, 53173 Bonn). All participants will be accommodated at the Hotel zum Adler<\/a> (Koblenzerstrasse 60, 53173 Bonn).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The distance between the hotel and the conference venue is about a 15-minute walk (see map<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The symposium will begin on Wednesday, 21 April 2027<\/strong> in the afternoon and end on Friday, 23 April 2027<\/strong> in the afternoon. Further information is available in the program schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Bonn Hauptbahnhof<\/strong> (main station) take the underground lines 16 or 63 (both towards Bad Godesberg Stadthalle) and exit at Bad Godesberg Bf<\/em> (train station). Walking distance from there to the hotel is approximately 5 minutes (see map<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total travel duration: approximately 25 minutes (depending on connection).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation and meals<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the conference period, a block of single rooms has been reserved for all participants at the hotel. To avoid double reservations please do not contact the hotel directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The room charges for all invited participants will be billed directly to the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation for the following dates: arrival 21 April 2027<\/strong> (or 20 April 2027 for participants from the UK depending on train connections) \/ departure 23 April 2027<\/strong> (or 24 April 2027 for participants from the UK and Germany depending on train connections). Any nights apart from the specified dates will have to be covered by the individual participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The costs of meals and beverages incurred during the conference program will be covered by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation for all participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any additional costs must be paid individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exclusion of liability<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please understand that both partner organizations are neither liable for any physical injury or damage to property that may occur during your travels to the meeting site and back home nor during your stay at the meeting site itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
