The symposium will begin with a welcome dinner on (Sunday) 08 November 2026 and end with a farewell lunch on (Wednesday) 11 November 2026. Further information is available in the program schedule.
Travel directions
Participants from Germany travelling with Deutsche Bahn reach the hotel by public transport from “Frankfurt (Main) Central Station”.
Take the line S6 (direction to Langen (Hessen) Bahnhof or Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof) and get off at “Neu-Isenburg Bahnhof”.
Change to the bus X 18 (direction to Dietzenbach Mitte Bahnhof) and get off at “Neu-Isenburg Martin-Behaim-Straße”. Continue walking for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel (see map).
Alternatively, use the bus X19 (direction to Obertshausen Bahnhof) and get off at “Neu-Isenburg Gewerbegebiet Ost”. Continue walking for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel (see map).
Total travel duration: approx. 45 minutes (depending on connection).
Participants from Israel use the Frankfurt International Airport (FRA), which is located about 15 km away from the hotel.
From Frankfurt Airport take the local transport system to the hotel.Before getting on public transport, please purchase tickets at the counter or the ticket machine.
Terminal 1: Go to “Frankfurt (Main) Hugo-Eckener-Ring”. Take the bus X17 (direction to Neu-Isenburg Gewerbegebiet Ost) or bus X19 (direction to Obertshausen Bahnhof) and get off at “Neu-Isenburg Gewerbegebiet Ost”. Continue walking for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel (see map).
Terminal 3: Go to “Frankfurt (Main) Flughafen Terminal 3”. Take the bus X18 (direction to Dietzenbach Mitte Bahnhof) and get off at “Neu-Isenburg Martin-Behaim-Straße”. Continue walking for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel (see map).

Accommodation and meals
Throughout the conference period, a block of single rooms has been reserved for all participants at the hotel. To avoid double reservations please do not contact the hotel directly.
The accommodation costs at the hotel for all invited participants will be billed directly to the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation for the following dates: arrival 08 November 2026 / departure 11 November 2026 (or 12 November 2026 for participants from Israel and Organizing Committee 2027 members depending on travel connections). Any nights apart from the specified dates will have to be covered by the individual participant.
The costs of meals and beverages incurred during the conference program will be covered by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation for all participants.
Any additional costs must be paid individually.

Please understand that both partner organizations are neither liable for any physical injury or damage to property that may occur during your travels to the meeting site and back home nor during your stay at the meeting site itself.
